Port of Seattle Commission Meeting *WITH* Noise Monitors on the Agenda

Sixteen months after launching our petition drive for noise monitors on Vashon Island, they are finally on the agenda for a vote.
“8c. Adoption of Motion 2019-14: a motion of the Port of Seattle Commission advancing the Miller Creek Culvert Replacement Project and providing for installation of portable noise monitors. (motion text to follow)”

The public comment period usually starts about 15 minutes into the meeting, so even if you can’t stay all the way till item 8c, it would still be valuable to show up for for public comment. It’s difficult to predict when item 8c will happen as there is not a standard duration for these meetings.
